These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Odin Eye website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by NJL Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at odineye@odineyeapp.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Odin Eye provides market data, news summaries, AI-generated briefs, and calculator tools for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, legal, mortgage, or real estate advice. Mortgage calculator results are estimates and are not a loan offer, pre-approval, or commitment. Consult a licensed professional before making any financial or real estate decision.
Daily briefs, news summaries, and other AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
Market data is sourced from third parties including the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Realtor.com, and public RSS feeds. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload to the Service, including but not limited to your headshot, brokerage logo, contact information, social media links, and any disclosure or disclaimer text (collectively, "User Branding Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to use and display your User Branding Content, including any trademarks, logos, or images, and that its use does not infringe any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Branding Content, and any PDFs, reports, or marketing materials generated using the Service, comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and professional rules, including real estate licensing laws, MLS rules, advertising regulations, and the Fair Housing Act. Odin Eye provides optional compliance marks and templates (such as the Equal Housing Opportunity logo or the REALTOR® mark) for convenience only; displaying them does not guarantee legal compliance. We are not responsible for any claim, fine, or disciplinary action arising from your User Branding Content or your use of generated materials.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Service, including its design, branding, code, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by NJL Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NJL VENTURES LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold NJL Ventures LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and NJL Ventures LLC agree to resolve any dispute in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
